Role Description
As a Business Devolopment Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for Dataservee. Your responsibilities will include:
Calling and engaging assigned leads within your designated region.
Successfully closing a minimum of 2 sales per month.
Adhering to scheduled login times for lead calling.
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance conversion rates and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and attributes:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proven expertise in lead generation and sales.
A track record in tele sales or a related field is highly preferred.
The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
A laptop and stable internet connection.
Comfort in using a personal mobile phone for lead calls.
Compensation Details
· Fixed CTC for the role is in between 96K to 1.6L (Depending on the experience).
Incentive Model: From second sales onwards a 5% incentive for every successful sale will be provided.
Example: Average membership plan = $2,500 USD → Incentive = $125 USD per sale.
Incentives are credited monthly, subject to applicable currency conversion charges.
Performance Bonus:
Achieving more than 4 sales in a month qualifies for an additional 5% incentive on subsequent sales within the same month.Additional Details
Training and Support: 3 Days training will be provided to ensure you are well-versed in the product and services followed by 7 days of On Job Training.
Compliance:
A 3-level warning system will be followed for non-compliance with SOPs, with a penalty of up to 20% deduction in incentives per infraction.
Repeated failure to meet performance metrics will result in termination.
